Through the participation of small community groups and worship, we are able to grow in our understanding of God’s purpose in our journey of life. Through study of the Word of God, we are able to come closer to the living Christ and learn what it means to live out His purpose for our lives.
Sunday School Youth Program
All youth, 6th-12th grade meet in the youth portable at 9:30am for announcements and a fun intro into the week's lesson. Around 10am, we split up and go into our age specific bible studies. We're currently doing a year long study on Christ, digging through both the Old and New Testaments. (This creative and relevant curriculum is part of a 6 year plan that goes through the entire Bible numerous times, while taking different angles of understanding, helping us learn how God has worked through those before us, and how He desires to presently work through us now.)
Middle School Sunday School
Our sixth, seventh and eight grade students come together in their own class to find out what it means to be a United Methodist and live out the Christian walk in all aspect of their lives. The facilitator for this class is Amie Kirby.
High School Sunday School
Once they break away from the collective youth group at 10am, high schoolers, through studying the Bible, learn to be Christ followers and the importance of understanding that God has a plan and purpose for each of their lives.
If you are a high school boy and would like to join this wild group of exceptional young men, you are welcome to participate at any time.
